1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop “Liwial”.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are submitting a binding order.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices. In accordance with §19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

5th delivery
Delivery is made worldwide via the shipping service providers specified by the seller.

6. Payment
Payment is made via PayPal, credit card or other payment methods offered in the shop.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found on the "Cancellation Policy" page.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
