Cancellation policy

🇩🇪 Cancellation policy (Prawo odstąpienia od umowy)

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

2. Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Delivery of digital content (e.g., e-books, downloadable files) will occur once the execution has begun and you have expressly agreed to it.

• Delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
